I found the lace stitches in a book called " Baeuerliches Stricken 1" written by Lisl Fanderl, published by rosenheimer Verlagshaus

I do not have a site on Ravelry...
The pattern is only available in the Vogue knitting magazine... not sure what else to tell you....
